Keeks is the one! One of the biggest take aways from working with Keeks is the grace that it’s given me to arrive each week where I am and not feel like I have to produce or be anything to receive healing. This is also a beautiful manifestation in my daily life and activities. This work allows me to show up more authentically in my life and in the way I show up for others. Reiki requires vulnerability and is a collaboration on both ends. I always feel safe to be held so the healing can take place.

Keeks has a presence that is immediately warming and radiating that makes you feel so comfortable, in a practice that can be very vulnerable. She has a true gift to create a space that is sacred and focused, utilizing crystal healing, vibrational music, and most importantly her energy. During the reiki session I am able to allow myself to truly release blocked energy in my body, I hold a lot of tension in my throat chakra and I swear I can articulate myself so much better after her sessions. You leave feeling relaxed and recharged. I could speak for ages on the benefits but Keeks is absolutely incredible and you should just see for yourself!

I started doing Reiki with Kirsten a little over a year ago and it has shifted my overall perspective and vibe in my everyday life. In the moment I can feel the low vibrational energy exit my body. My muscles and nervous system relax and I exist in a harmonious state. Kirsten does the best job at creating a space where internal healing can take place.
